SwiftReview Pro
A clearer workflow for customer reviews.
I created SwiftReview Pro to help businesses manage the work around customer reviews. I took the product from its initial idea through strategy, branding, interface design, development, integrations, public website, and launch.
Make responding a repeatable process.
SwiftReview Pro began with a narrow problem: business owners have customer reviews to respond to alongside the rest of their work. I built a product around organizing those reviews and helping prepare responses.
The product needed to distinguish routine feedback from reviews that called for an owner’s attention. The workflow separates those paths so automation stays understandable and owner decisions remain visible.
From review to response.
A simple explanation of how the product separates routine responses from feedback that merits a closer look.

Routine-response path.
The product’s published workflow distinguishes routine responses from reviews that need a business owner’s attention.
Routine handlingThis portfolio walkthrough is illustrative only. No account, AI service, or review platform is connected; nothing is sent or published.
From the first visit to an account.
I designed the public-facing website and account experience alongside the product itself. The landing page introduces the service, while signup and login provide the entry points into the application.
Give a small product a clear identity.
I developed SwiftReview Pro’s branding and product communication alongside the software. The visual system used blue, teal, and violet to connect the website with explanatory graphics and promotional material.
One product, from idea to release.
I took SwiftReview Pro from idea to public launch, shaping the product, designing its experience, building the software, and connecting its integrations as a solo project.
My responsibility also covered the product copy, public website, pricing, and launch presentation.
